The ACF South Bend Chefs and Cooks Association is proud to offer many opportunities for scholarships to both students and active members. These range from tuition assistance to a week at the Culinary Institute of America.

Certification Information for Graduates
Any student completing the either the culinary arts or baking and pastry course from Ivy Tech and all apprentice graduates are eligible for ACF Certified Culinarian or Certified Pastry Culinarian certification at no charge. The forms are available here.

Junior Member Scholarship
A scholarship for parties interested in joining the American Culinary Federation (ACF) as a Junior member and are active in a culinary training program.

This scholarship is a financial grant to cover the costs of attending the ACF Central Regional Conference.

This scholarship is a financial grant to cover the costs of a one-week (five day) culinary refresher course at the Culinary Institute of America.

Chef of the Year Scholarship
A scholarship available to the member selected as South Bend's Chef of the Year. This award covers costs to attend a regional or national conference up to $1000 and one year's dues.

The chapter president may present this award of up to $500 to a member upon earning certification.
