South Bend Chefs and Cooks Association Apprentice program

The Culinary Crusaders are the apprentices of the ACF South Bend.
The apprentice chair is Chef Don Miller CEC, CCE, AAC,
Executive Chef of Notre Dame Foodservice

Currently there are four apprentices:

 Attention all Students and Apprentices !!!
Your representatives, Deb and Sarah, would like to meet at 5:30 pm (before the June meeting) with anyone who’s interested in working on a committee to demo/create recipes for the Food Bank or other food ministries.

Certification Information for Graduates

Any student completing the culinary course from Ivy Tech and all apprentice graduates are eligible for Certified Culinarian status at no charge.  The forms are available here.
